The sea, just below
The seawater below the Floating Villas and Samamea is a natural swimming setting. Swimming and snorkeling follow the tides, currents, weather and sea conditions. Please follow the team’s guidance and take care not to stand on or damage the coral.

The rates below are nett per additional guest, per night, according to age and meal plan. The combinations above show when the villa’s single extra bed is required.

For two adults with two children aged 5–8, one child supplement per night includes the single extra bed; the second child stays free with the same meal-plan inclusions. Infants aged 0–4 stay free and do not count toward the adult-or-child occupancy limit. Confirm other family billing arrangements and current rates with Arasatu's reservations team when booking.

- Villa entrances have one to three steps; please speak with our Front Office team before booking if you need assistance with access
Direct booking terms
- Direct website bookings are non-refundable once confirmed
- One reschedule may be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in
- The rescheduled stay must be completed within 12 months of the original check-in
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and any rate difference

- Two complimentary 1.5 L bottles of drinking water per room for each night of your stay, refreshed daily for Breakfast Only bookings. Full Board stays of at least two nights include complimentary room drinking-water replenishment at any time; refills for other stays are charged separately.
- Complimentary property-wide Wi-Fi across all 11 villas, Samamea, the lobby, and shared guest areas
- An Omada Wi-Fi 6 network with internet connection provided by Starlink
