This notice applies to the Arasatu website and the guest journey that begins here. Arasatu Villas & Sanctuary is the public property identity used throughout this notice.
When a link takes you to a booking platform, messaging service, map, social network, or another connected service, that service may handle information under its own privacy terms.
How information supports your stay
Information may be used to answer an enquiry, check availability, arrange a reservation or island journey, prepare for a stay, provide guest support, and keep relevant operational records.
Website information may also support security, performance, service improvement, and campaign measurement where the applicable privacy choice allows it.
Website measurement, on your terms
The release website uses Google Tag Manager as its single measurement container. Google Analytics may help Arasatu understand visits and page use. Advertising measurement, which may include Meta Pixel when enabled through the approved container, may help Arasatu understand relevant campaigns.
Essential website functions remain active. Analytics and advertising choices follow applicable regional defaults until you save a preference, and you can revisit those choices at any time from Cookie Preferences in the footer.
Connected guest services
Direct booking, WhatsApp, email, Google Maps, Facebook, TikTok, and original press sources open only when you choose their links. Juna is also guest-initiated and loads its conversation window only after you open the concierge.
The Gallery contains a direct, lazily loaded frame from Arasatu's official Instagram profile. When that frame loads, Instagram may receive browser, device, network, and account information even if you do not open the profile in a new tab.
Connected services handle information under their own notices. Use the visible profile-link fallback if you prefer to open Instagram directly rather than view the embedded frame.
Retention and care
Retention depends on the purpose of the information, the guest relationship, operational needs, and any applicable record-keeping requirement. Information should not be kept longer than reasonably needed for those purposes.
No online service can promise absolute security. Arasatu uses proportionate care and expects connected service providers to maintain safeguards appropriate to their role.
Questions and requests
Privacy rights can differ by location. You may ask what information Arasatu holds about you, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern by contacting the property email below. Arasatu may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
This notice may be refined when the website, connected services, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when a material revision is published.
